This article is about how in 1994 the Mayor of New Orleans passed a law called Juvenile Curfew. It was supposed to lower the crime rate in New Orleans by putting all the kids in bed my a certain time.
I feel that was a bad idea. I don't think children should have a curfew. This is because I don't like the idea of limiting the freedom that children have.
