This article is about how Orleans have a new law that everyone must at home by a certain time because too many  kids are dying for not being home at a certain time.  They made a Juvenile Curfew and it's working.  Most  cases have decreased thanks to the Juvenile Curfew.  Every time kids and teens stay out of their homes during night for a long time a lot of death are cause.  I believe this is very good decision because like that kids can be more safe.
